I recently preordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max and received a confirmation email along with an Account Number (9 digits), but no 'Order Number'.

Where can I find this 10-12 digit Order Number so I can track my order?

The estimated delivery guidance for when you placed your order was to 'expect delivery within 21 days'.

Can you check your emails junk/spam folder for any follow up email from us with a reference number?

No I cannot find any follow up email with a reference number.

As far as I can see I only received the initial confirmation email with an account number.

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they can check your order for you and see if they can provide the reference number for you to track your order online.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details once your delivery slot has been confirmed.
