iPhone 12 Pro Gold stock

On tuesday I ordered the Gold iPhone 12 Pro 256gb. It says that as soon as EE have stock it will be dispatched but i’m wondering when you will have stock if you know? My phones on it’s last legs now so i’m kind of in a hurry, thank you.

@chloeduthiex  You’ll receive it once anyone who has ordered before you of this model type has got their device. It will also depend on how many Apple ship to EE for EE to send out.  EE can not give you a set date as EE are waiting on Apple and how many EE gets from Apple will change on each delivery.    If you ordered it Tuesday at best guess you’ll be waiting around 3 weeks as back orders have to be met first before you’ll be sent your device.

I’ve currently been waiting a month. 5th Nov was when I ordered.

 

If anyone from EE is reading this, do you even know what order date you are up to in regards to shipped orders?

 

Have October orders all been delivered? Have you started November orders yet? I just want a general idea of where you are up to because I’m fed up of the generic response of “they will be processed when we get stock.” Gimme more info please. I just want to know if I’m going to be waiting until 2021 to receive my phone.

@alliewilko I'm in the same boat! 4th November I've been waiting since. To ou simply will NOT get an answer out of anyone and all you do get is the same "standard" response. 

 

When this is questioned or challenged to any degree you simply get ignored.

 

Timescale all depends on colour variant/memory but nobody has got any worthwhile information.

I’d just have a lot more respect for them if they were more honest with estimated times, or gave more insight.

 

I also think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they are still letting people order them when their backlog is over a month long.

 

At the end of the day they only care about their money.
