iPhone 11 unlock

I have called EE 3 times in regards to unlocking my IPhone 11,

 

1st call said you will receive an email within 30 days to get it unlocked, 30 days gone and no email so called again.

 

2nd Call, advised that IPhone unlocking are very busy to wait 5 more days, some that no email, so call again for a 3rd time.

 

3rd Call, advised by the Advisor that he will speak to his manager, was informed that this has been raised and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency due to the length of time and will have unlocking instructions within 3 days, Well it’s now been over a week and still can’t unlock my phone,

 

Can EE please sort this out. Thanks

Have you tried inserting another sim to see if it is unlocked?

Hi yes I have but it still won’t work with any other Sim other than an EE one. Thanks
