Hi there,
I called the upgrade team and got a great deal then took that deal to a store where I completed the purchase. Paid for an early upgrade and an extra cost for the phone. It's been two weeks and I've not had any information on when I will be getting my phone. Is anyone able to tell me when I can expect my phone?

thanks for the reply. Yes I spoke to them today and they have no idea.
I wanted the 64gb space grey or green however when I spoke with the upgrades team originally on the phone, they mistakenly built me a package for the white/silver iPhone. When I tried to change it in store they were unable, so it seems I’m stuck with the white one.

If the order was originally placed with our Mobile Care team, I would suggest giving them a call on 150, they will be able to check the order for you.

I did that already and they told me to contact the shop I fulfilled the order in. Hence my dilemma. Any thoughts?
