I placed and order on Saturday the 5th for an IPad Air 10.9 inch and when i try to track my order i get this reply
"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."
I haven’t heard anything from EE, can somebody please let me know what’s going on with my order.

Just tried your customer service link and it said they were unable to help with my inquiry today so another dead end for me.

Hi I got the following text from EE in Saturday the 19th of December.
“Hi from EE. Unfortunately due to delays in shipment from our manufacturer, we aren't able to deliver your pre-ordered iPad before Christmas. We're really sorry and want to assure you that we're doing everything we can to get your iPad delivered as soon as possible. As a gesture of goodwill we will apply a £25 one off credit to your EE account. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
I have had my monthly Bill today and the £25 credit hasn’t been deducted. How to I claim this.

Did you receive the text after this months bill had been produced? If you did, the credit will be applied to your next bill.
