iPad Mini 2021 Stock / Pre Order

Hi everyone!

 

So, I placed an order for the iPad Mini 2021 with 256gb storage about 2 weeks ago. 

At first I ordered it in purple, but I changed my order to Space Grey. 

Obviously at the moment there is hardly any stock of Apple products in the Uk, due to component shortages, and also the lack or lorry drivers. 

Just wondering if anyone has taken delivery of their iPad mini 2021 yet…and if so which colour and storage option did you go for? 

I’ve been keeping an eye on Apple’s own supply of the iPad mini (cellular 256gb) and it seems they have regular deliveries and stock available in most Apple stores. EE however, just don’t seem to have any stock at all. 

 

Hoping mine will arrive soon. Still excited, but after a lot of waiting…the excitement is rapidly fading away 🤷🏻‍♂️

Contacted customer service again as it’s now nearly 28 days , they cancelled my order and said the ordering system has a glitch and placed another new order … complaint letter now on way !!! 

I’ve already wasted countless minutes on the phone to CS and typing up the same thing again and again. 

after seeing the messages about “glitches” and cancelled orders can you please confirm my order is still there and valid.

 

I no longer have the energy to vent anger more just saddened and disappointed. Missed out of vital parts for my studies on the reliance of UKs number 1 provider. No one ever answers the questions of why it states in stock but isn’t we just get told you’ll be notified when your order is dispatched.

 

So please can someone just confirm my order and all I can wish and hope is it turns up one day at this rate. I have currently two lines with EE so can’t be leaving the company but be assured this has dented any possibility of me staying on once my terms have finished.

Good afternoon all.  I ordered a IPad mini 64gb in Starlight ten days ago. I was initially told by the CS that it would be 7 days. I phoned up EE as the 7 days had passed and was then told now will be 28 days.  Having read the delays that are happening re phones and tablets, I ordered from KRCS last Friday and received my IPad yesterday.  So I would suggest going elsewhere if you can.  John Lewis/Amazon all had stock.

I cancelled my contract , had enough of waiting so I went to another provider, got it next day ! EE have lost a customer of 5 years or more now , I can't see my final bill either and they owe me money as well 

Got the message to check my private messages.

Asked for my details name number order etc.

 

Got a call the next day from generic CS, same story. That message was sent as though there would be someone who had answers.


I joke and mocked that hopefully I get the item before Christmas the CS rep couldn’t agree or disagree to that statement.

 

So time to just sit and wait, my iPad 2021 will most likely arrive by the time Apple announce a newer model. 

28 days is now 47 days and counting.
