how do remove content lock on mobile broadband payg

I have removed content lock on my mobile phone.easily done on 150 with a credit card.but I cannot find a way to remove it on mobile broadband payg.any ideas?

Log into your MyEE app and remove content lock.
HOW DO I TURN ON PARENTAL CONTROLS / CONTENT LOCK ON MY DEVICE?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Why can't you do it on the MBB device the same way as you did for your phone?
