@playboy1968  so you’re not using packs.  Your on a standard PAYG.  

You’ll be paying THESE rates on PAYG. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you not using Packs or Add-ons for your inclusive calls?

 

Look in your MyEE at Your Usage on its home page to see your non-inclusive calls & texts for up to the last 30 days.
