Sim card

Hey, I put my new SIM card but used my sister number  to activated my new SIM card instead of using my old number and  now she can’t text or phone, because I have activated my new SIM card to her number. Is there any where this can be fixed

@Murray181  You have to give your sim to your sister as that’s now hers because her number is on it, and you’ll need to request a new SIM card so you can have your number ported to it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Murray181

Are you saying you have inadvertently swapped your sister's SIM? If that is the case, the obvious fix is to give your sister "her" new SIM to restore her service.

What was the reason for your having a new SIM? Was your old SIM lost/stolen? If you had an upgrade phone, and your existing SIM works in your new phone, then just continuing to use that is the better solution.

If giving your sister "her" new SIM is not practical for whatever reason, then she will need to call EE C/S (use 0800 0798586 from any other working phone) so they can perhaps reinstate her old SIM.
