If you've lost the battery cover & you've not noted down the admin pwd, you've lost it forever & can now never get into it.

Hi @Chrissy123,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Do you still have the 'keep me card' that came with your device?

Do any of your other devices have the 4GEE mini's password saved?

James

Yes, the KeepMe card will have the default WiFi pwd but not the admin pwd. So you can still connect to it by WiFi if you've never changed the WiFi pwd but you can't get into the router's admin console if you ever wanted to change the WiFi pwd or change its security.

I seem to recall on the Mini the Password Info is on the back inside the Router near the Sim Tray, under the Battery maybe?

Hi @Chrissy123,

Does the Firestick allow you to view the saved WiFi password?

James

I’m not 100% sure if it does or not

not used the fire stick or the wifi device for ages

Hi @Chrissy123,

It's worth checking. If not, please get in touch with Customer Care to see if they can help you retrieve your password.

Thanks

James

Almost All Devices now will hide the the Saved Passwords, sometimes the "Eye to Show" symbol will allow you to view but this is normally only when you type in a New Password.

Did you check under the Battery yet, as I mentioned a few Posts back
