I have a sim only account which has myself and my son included. out of contract recently so upgraded to benefit of BT sport for son. guy in shop didn't tell me the bt sport would be put on my phone not my sons!!!! 55 Minutes on hold over phone to be told it can't be changed. feel completely lied to. stuck with bt sport for 2 years that I don't watch. and have to pay extra now for my son to get it. any help greatly appreciated

All add-ons & extras are per device/mobile no. Only data is giftable.

I'd recommend popping back into the store to discuss this with them. Hopefully they can find a resolution for you.
