free PAYG sim card

Hello, I'm going to UK as an international student and staying there for a year. I plan to use your free PAYG sim card during the stay but i have a few questions regarding to it. 

① I am still in my country and do not have a UK number yet. Am I able to order it to the residence that i will live in through the website without the number or do i have to go to the store to purchase one?

② I'm thinking to use the sim throughout the year by topping up but is it possible to register with my current credit card or do i have to have a UK bank account?

EE only accept U.K. bank cards.

you can also top up via other methods see HOW CAN I TOP UP MY PHONE?

1. You don't need to provide a phone no. to order a PAYG SIM.
2. You need a UK credit or debit card to top-up.
