Hi Have just received a Sony Xperia l4 typed in 4 digit code and now the message comes back wrong code entered how can I remove this code and put in new code your help will be greatly appreciated

If you forgot the pin code and the back up password the only way past it is to do a factory reset. But this will wipe all your data.

Hi Brendon thanks for your reply how do I do a factory reset,I have no data on the phone as just got it out of the box put code in then phone not accepting code.

Hi how can I do a factory reset on my sonyl4 I have forgotten my 4 digit code. The phone is brand new I think the code that I put in is correct but the phone stays locked any help much appreciated
