Upgrade help!

Hi,

I upgraded my phone last Friday, and I’m still waiting for a email. 
I have received the returns back for my currant phone, and I have been told that it needs to be returned but the 6th November? 
Phoned EE yesterday, was put on hold for 20 minutes without getting any further forward. 
when I put my order number in it still saying awaiting confirmation. 
I am very close to cancelling everything with EE. Very disappointed

The best way to get an update on this would be to get back in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account to give you an update, and also make a note on your account about your return.
