ends and Family discount

I work for BT. I gave a friend a EE F and F discount number, which she used to place her order to join EE. The order confirmation confirmed that the discount had been applied, however, when the email confirmation arrived, the full price was quoted, without any discount mentioned.

Is this normal please?

I'm concerned in case she's been signed up at full price, as the only reason she switched from Vodafone (using a PAC) was because of the 30% discount I was able to give her.

If your friend wishes to check the code has been successfully applied I would recommend asking them to give our customer care team a call who will be able to confirm this.
