Hi,
My outgoing emails are being returned. The reason given is as below -
"Messages from your IP have been determined to be suspicious as a device on your current network may have malware."
I'm using a 4GEE Mini Network device. I understand my IP belongs to Orange and is blacklisted.
What advice can anyone give to clear the blacklisting?

Yes, the public IP you are currently using is on a blacklist cuz some previous user of that IP has been naughty. Try rebooting your router to try & obtain a clean IP.

OK, I've rebooted the WiFi device but the new IP is still on the CBL blacklist. Do I keep rebooting until I get an IP which is not on an list or can I simply ask EE for a new phone number?

You can keep rebooting but not too often.

OK, I finally got a clean IP. It's a little slow but at least I can post again. Thanks.
