early upgrade through 3rd party website

hi, ive been offered a free early upgrade from up to 100 days before my contact ends with the terms of my contract being equal to or greater than what i spend now, if i upgrade through a third party website will this still be valid?

sorry to ask a question here but does this work with 3rd party sites aswell to upgrade?
