can you apply discount code on to your account after you have purchased a phone or can you only do it while on payment page ?

 

if not how do i cancel my order ?

  1. Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.
  2. How do I cancel my contract within 14 days?

So wouldn’t I be able to call up and get it added on ? As I am a new
customer or would I have to cancel and reorder ?
