ordered a new payg phone on 29 july , order confirmed but since the nothing its now 14 th Aug Where is my phone.

This is realy xxxx as website says dispatched within 1 day even allowing for delays say 2 to 3 days this is now over 2 weeks . rubbish service from ee

At last i have phoned 150 as suggested by similar posts and the young lady`s i spoke to were excellent, phone being delivered on Monday.
