Greetings, I have a question for you, why did you take my first bill of December 2021 from my account 2 times?

Hi @MrMehmed94
Welcome to the EE community
Unfortunately there is no account access on this public forum, so you will need to call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile to resolve this issue.
That said, it's worth being aware of the Direct Debit guarantee which promises a "full & immediate refund if a payment is taken in error" should C/S not be able to rectify any errors.

Hi @MrMehmed94 ,
If you check your bill, have you been debited twice the amount exact to the penny?
Usually the automated systems will only raise one debit a month so if you see two separate lines on your statement, it may be worth double checking by contacting EE.

You wouldn't by chance have paid your bill directly yourself whilst having a DD in operation? That could be 1 explanation of how your bill came to be taken twice from your bank account.
