Hi I am try to connect to 192.168.11 to access my Alcatel y800 mobile wifi unit, it keeps timing out so cannot connect any ideas. Thanks.

Hi @Ron601
The IP address you've quoted 192.168.11 is missing a final block, so I'd presume you might need to use 192.168.1.1 maybe? - it should have 4 blocks of numbers not 3.
Having said that, you shouldn't need to connect to any IP address to use a WiFi hotspot, what is it you're trying to do?

If that's not a typo as @bristolian suggests, try 192.168.8.1 or 192.168.0.1.

The first answer was correct, the correct IP is 192.168.1.1

If your wifi is able to connect, you can find the IP address of the router via Commend Prompt - IPConfig/all
BUT it will usually be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1
