can't connect to assessment

Hi, I am trying to do the online assessment, but I am unable to connect to the server.
it says: Your real assessment has been launched previously. If you have completed the assessment but still see this message you should log out and log back in. A completed date should appear in your online assessment section. Otherwise you can use the launch assessment link below to return to the assessment.
I have not done this part and I am worried I might miss the closing date for the vacancy.
please help?
