Broadband down

I’m in Exmouth, Devon, my broadband is simply not working, is there a specific issue in Exmouth due to flood defences being built? Also I have two direct debits going out for ee, I want this resolved asapGerald

I live I Essex and all day my broadband hasn’t worked. Currently isolating with 2 teenagers and a 5 yr. having no WiFi is not going down very well
