just to give a big thanks shout out to Sarah from the plymouth branch for all here help on Monday in sorting my very old sim card that was still T mobile in to EE and all the help in sorting a new phone as well thanks to all the team she had to phone...

New phone, new provider

If I get a new phone (Apple 11) and switch from O2 to EE, can I keep my old number and transfer all my existing sim card data

Upgraded Phone

Hi, I've just received my new upgrade - a Samsung S10 but no SIM card came with it.Do I take the one out of my old phone -  Samsung S8 - or will EE send me a new one ? Many Thanks Kirsty

Resolved! iPhone 5s - can't make or receive calls.

I am currently not able to make or receive calls from my iPhone 5s and have no cellular recption.  I have tried the following:- Switching it on and off- I see searching in the top left corner of the phone and the after a while I get an error saying ....

Phone calls cut out iPhone XS

As the title suggests. Whether I am in the UK or overseas (currently I am) mycalls cut out unless I have the phone on speakerphone setting. Why is this? Many thanks in advance.

Lost phone?

I am either too drunk or I just can't figure this ***! But can I report my phone lost now or do I have to wait until customer service opens at 8? Can somebody please help/advise? TIA

Old number

Hi. I using EE since last year ( top up monthly)Now I choose sim contract for 24 months. But I wonna keep it my old number. Letter with new SIM.  I changed cards and now I have another number from new SIM card. How I can swap numbers? Thanks
