took out the insurance on 2 Samsung phones as was told it would A) only cost £1 and B) i would get a Free case and Screen protector. worth. £30 6 weeks on the store is still saying they have none in stock because of Covid-19 (okay fair enough get that) however 6 weeks and still nothing is a little hard to take. why sell the insurance if they know they are having issues with the product. when inquiring what sort of case it was was shown a basic plastic back case (worth £5 max) and cover is not £1 its £3.50 each phone! anyone else had this issue

Which Samsung phones do you have as the Galaxy S20 rage already have a screen protector fitted as standard by Samsung.
The cases are (like the screen protector) free so don't expect anything brilliant. If you have an expensive device then I recommend buying your own which will likely provide better protection.
Thanks

@Northerner they are the A21 phones and i undertand that a free case isnt going to be the best but when you are told its worth £30 you expect something a bit better than what you can pick up in the 99p store. i just wanted to know if i wasnt the only one that feels like the insurence was miss sold just to get a commission

You were only miss sold the policy if you were incorrectly advised about what the policy would cover or provided incorrect information on how the policy works.
The case and screen protector are not relevent to the insurance contract or sale.
If you phone EE on 150 they might be able to send you out a case/screen protector.
Thanks
