add user names

We have a business account and I want to add user names so this appears on the bills for each device. How do I do this?

@trevor9   You need to allow the My EE app to have access to the contacts on the account holders phone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
