My phone's been stolen and I have got insurance what do I do

Hi my ex has stolen my phone I have an ardent number from the police but I haven't got insurance what do I do about replaceing it

@Daynaq   You need to call customer services to get it blocked and if you have EE insurance you can start the claim process. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm sorry to hear that your phone has been stolen. Do you think the police will be able to get it back?

 

Our Mobile Care team will be able to block the number so that it can't be used by anyone
