Why do I get access denied when trying to sign into my sky.com account via 4G ee wifi?

@geve   Are you using the correct password and email address?  As there is no reason why this is happening. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I dont even get chance to enter it,  Works when I use BT Wifi?

@geve Sounds like sky are not accepting the connection as EE are not stopping this.    The sky website loads fine for me on cellular and EE broadband.    Your EE router is just using a SIM card that you use in a phone so get you access the site via a EE phone if you have one that is ?

It could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.
