Morning. Wifi device dropped off yesterday at the Aberystwyth store and is en route to be fixed (hopefully) unfortunately they didn't have a loan device available. On a different topic my new S20FE arrived yesterday, can I just drop my existing SIM into it, ta.

Thanks for coming back and letting me know @SALSTE1
I hope this is all sorted soon for you.
Yes, if your SIM card is the same size you can use your old SIM 🙂
Enjoy your new phone.

Quick update Leanne. WiFi device back in the post and working. 👍 They've updated the software and IMEI. I can connect to the 4GEE. with the phone ok but I reset the password when I got it and now forgotten. I reset the device with the button inside but it won't accept the original password that came with it, Any tips on a Sunday.

Hi @SALSTE1,
Did you receive a new 'Keep me card' with your replacement device? This will have the original WiFi password on.
Thanks
James

Hi James.
All sorted now after a few trials. I entered the wifi key from the inside of the back cover. It's different to the original wifi key that was on the keep me card that came with the device from new. Perhaps a replacement sticker 🤔.
Thanks for your response.

Hi @SALSTE1,
Glad you got it sorted. If the IMEI is different, we have sent you a replacement device, rather than repairing your old one.
