Hi,
I got a email asking for XKO no for my upgrade I ordered online. When called no provided it did not work or put me through.
how can I get hold of EE in this case to provide these details?

@CJones10 Why would EE be asking you for an order number that they’ve supplied you ? If you wanna speak to customer services dial 150 from your phone.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
