Hi,
On the 3rd of December I made my upgrade for a Google Pixel 4a.
I took the plan of 10GB for 31 pounds that included the free 43 TV as I was advised that the promotion was active yet.
I called to the 150 and one agent told me that everything was fine and I was going to receive the SMS confirmation in 5 days.
I have been waiting until today I decided to call and the agent who took my case told me that my plan wasn't included and I won't get any TV offer.
The only reason with I decided to upgrade was because of the TV offer deal. This is very confusing and I want to return the device if EE doesn't comply with the offer.
Can someone of the support look into this?
