XSX Ultimate Gaming Bundle

Quick question, I purchased the XSX Ultimate Gaming bundle and have been led to believe that I have the 'gamepass' and 'gold' for 2 years, however, it only showed a 1 month subscription to this. Can anyone help shed any light on this.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption will be sent by SMS to your device within 5 days of your Xbox Series S being dispatched. After your three months’ Xbox Game Pass Ultimate expires you will be required to purchase a chargeable add-on to continue enjoying Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Hi Katie, mine is the Series X. Do you have the T&Cs for that particular bundle. Was £31 per month.

It’s all good, I found it. 

Direct from EE website.

“Add an Xbox Series X with £10 upfront cost to your plan, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Video Data Pass and unlimited gaming data for just £31 a month for 24 months. After 24 months your contract will continue on a rolling monthly basis for £31 a month.”
