Wrong case and screen protector delivered

Not very happy as upgraded to s10 5g ,got insurance and was offered free case and screen protector on the day .Had to call to confirm cover/case only to come home tonight to the s10 case and cover .how do i get replacement asap as i cant use new phone till then considering my occupation

You will need to call 150 tomorrow and speak to CS. 

 

Or you could buy a better one from Amazon.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

...knowing my luck id drop the phone if i didnt have a case ...though after
seeing the case given your probably right on getting a better one
