hello quick question I have currently put in for a contract with another provider and have sent my PAC code off to them from EE. My question is if I am declined for the contract will this effect my EE account? If I get declined I was planning on just staying on EE however I don’t know if because I’ve requested a PAC code my account will still get closed regardless if I get accepted or not or will it remain open for me to continue using. Thankyou

@aliciaharrisonx   It will only close your EE account once the PAC code is used to transfer your number to that network.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
