Wife new PAYM sim, wants to use old PAYG number

so just recently my wife has started a new EE Paym contract and specified she wanted to use her old PAYG number which at the time was 'managed' by myself under 'My EE' i have since signed her up to the 'My EE' service and added her old PAYG number to her profile so now she manages both her new PAYM and her old PAYG ones

 

there doesn't seem to be any clear indication that the new PAYM sim provided with her new handset will change over to the old PAYG number as requested

 

can someone please clarify or action this on her behalf?

Welcome to the EE Community, 🙂

 

If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to migrate your wife's PAYG number to her new PAYM account it normally completes within a few seconds but it can take up to 24 hours to complete.

If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to migrate your wife's PAYG number to her new PAYM account it normally completes within a few seconds but it can take up to 24 hours to complete.
