Hi
I upgraded from at IPhone 11 to 12 last week and since my Wi-fi calling is not working at all.
I have tried everything suggested online, I can’t call EE unless I’m out of my village as my signal is so bad.
I’ve updated, on and off, reset, turned off vpn, back on, just everything the internet suggested. Yet nothing!
it worked perfectly until I changed phones

Can you explain what you have tried so far, to save any other community members suggesting things you may not have.
If necessary you can call EE C/S on 0800 0798586 from any other phone.

Yes of course,
basic turning phone on and off
updating software
resetting phone
turning off vpn
turning off data
resetting wifi
turning off Wi-Fi calling and back on
i think that’s it
