Hi,
I have a Cubot Max 3 running Android 11 with a Pay Monthly Sim.
I'm unable to get Wi-Fi calling to work, although I've checked and re-checked, that all the phone's settings are correct. Is it possibly that EE have to enable my Sim to accept Wi-Fi Calling?
Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.
Regards
Bernie

Hi @Bernieyth13
Welcome to the community.
Your device doesn't seem to be on our list of compatible phones for WiFi calling, so we can't guarantee it will work. However, if you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to make sure that everything is set up on the SIM card.

Hi Chris,
I have in fact already contacted the helpdesk to ask for them to check that my SIM is in fact set-up for Wi-Fi calling, but I'm afraid I got a very unhelpful response!
As my phone was not on your approved list, the operator was totally unwilling to check my SIM status or in fact discuss the situation further.
Maybe it was just a case of end of day blues and stress, but I have to say I was less than impressed with the response I got!
Regards.

Hi @Bernieyth13,
All EE pay monthly SIM's are ready to use WiFi Calling by default. As your handset isn't on our supported handset list, it's likely it isn't setup to work with EE WiFi Calling.
I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer for further support.
