Hi @Can5935.

Welcome to the community.

What phone are you using?

Do you have a password set up?

@Can5935   You can use your data how you like. This includes using it via hotspot.  You should just be putting the passcode in to connect to your device hotspot.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I use casper via f1, yes set up the passport. When i try to connect hotspot, it say encrypted.

Change your Password in Hotspot Settings.

How To, here -

Hi @Can5935 ,

What device gives you the error "encrypted"? This doesn't make much sense as a connection made to a properly secured hotspot will be encrypted.

If you have two mobiles to test with, can you put the SIM in the other phone and establish a hotspot on that other phone instead?

Just as a sanity check, are you able to access news.bbc.co.uk simultaneously as you have setup the hotspot?
