Why can't I track my phone order

I received the email on Tuesday morning about a confirmation got an xkn number but each time I input the number to track my order it just says timed out and haven't had any further email or text

I've tried not a single option for delivery to choose on the automated system

@Usman5  What device have you ordered?  if it’s the new note device these haven’t even started to ship yet so there is nothing to track yet. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
