Why am I waiting so long for my new device to be delivered if its in stock?

Spoke to someone yesterday on chat they said everything was fine at their end yet Im still waiting for my order to be dispatched, I ordered it Wednesday morning 😕

You need to keep checking order tracking or call CS on 150.

 

When your order is due for delivery then DPD will text you.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
