I ordered a new iPhone 12 but haven’t had any delivery updates and it has been three days now? 
Did anyone else have this problem?

Which colour and memory size did you choose? Did you receive a confirmation email? Please check your spam/junk folder.

It’s a purple 64GB iPhone 12, I got a confirmation email but no delivery details, I ordered 3 days ago and haven’t heard anything.

I've checked and that phone is currently in stock and expected to be dispatched within one working day. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to make sure everything is OK with your order.
