Where’s my order

Still haven’t received my order or order number via email or text, the only thing I received was confirmation email

I ordered an IPhone 12 Pro on 27/11/2020. I was told it would take up to 28 days to be revived! Just had my expected delivery date 4-9 January 2021! This is a breach of contract! I entered into a contract to get the phone within 28 days! Absolutely disgusted!

Have you tried using our online order tracker to get an update on your order?

 

If you can't track your order, Our Customer Care team will be able to give you an update.

Ordered mine 27/11, just checked I have an expected delivery date of 4-9 Jan! It’s disgusting

I ordered an iPhone 12 pro on the 25th Nov and don’t even have a delivery date yet. No info on the online tracker either.
