Where's my order? S20+

I ordered on the 18th and was told the 19th but not had any text yet to say when it will come. Not good. 

 

I got my confirmation emails all. Right away. When I put my order number, it says it can't retrieve my delivery details.

 

Come on EE, you can do better

@Mahboob786   Your order number is just a number because you ordered a device.  That’s not a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Once your delivery slot has been confirmed, DPD will send you a text message with your tracking details.

As mentioned DPD hasn't given anything hence my message 

 

I called 150 and got given a tracking number but that doesn't work.

 

The other guys reply before you wasn't helpful either

Hi @Mahboob786,

 

If you haven't received a text from DPD, it means your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

 

Did Customer Care confirm the status of your order when you called?

Hiya mate, you good? I am due my preorder of a Note20Ultra5g tomorrow.  I haven't yet had any contact from DPD. Call into 150 and they will be able to provide you the up to date progress of your order. You will need your DPD No in order to track it.

If you are unable to call, try the online chat. You'll be able to get the information you need there. 

Did you say that you'd just had an email confirmation of your order but no texts? If that's the case then you should definitely call in as they may need a verification from you in person...?
