Where’s my new phone?

I ordered my early upgrade on the 25th September 2018 and received a confirmation email with my tracking number,I haven’t received the phone and my tracking number has “timed out” Whered my phone?!

Yes she's a typical intelligent black cat and at times crazy. I've
inherited her from my daughter when she moved out . As for my order I'm
going to forget about it this weekend and see what happens Monday
