Where's my Order

Hi I ordered a Samsung S20 Fe in violet I had the confirmation email but nothing since it said it was in stock I made sure it was in stock and still I have received nothing else I ordered a few days ago why put on there that we will get our phones in a day n then there we are waiting and waiting

@Harrisonl   It says usually dispatched next day not it will be dispatched next day.  And have you called customer services about this ?
