Where is my upgrade order?

I upgraded my contract on Wednesday to an S20+ black 128gb. I received an email confirmation with an order number of xkoXXXXXX. I have since heard nothing. The order tracker doesn't offer me any information and I have been in phone queues for over 30 minutes five times today in a bid to find out when delivery is likely. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried our live chat service? You can find a link on the get in touch help page.

 

They have access to your account and will be able to check the order for you.

Sadly that isn't operating it seems. I just get a standard message saying 'sorry we are unable to help you please call 150' so it just takes me back to square one. It's a contract renewal so I still have a phone but I'm very unimpressed with the service, Covid or not. If I can get through I will cancel and try someone else that can reply. Thanks for the advice tho.
