Where is my new sim?

Hi there,

I ordered a new pay monthly SIM Card on saturday 24/04, understandably i know EE do not deliver on weekends as it’s not a working day.

However it’s now 28/04 and still I haven’t had a Sim delivered - is this often a delay or does anybody know when it is likely i would receive?

I also have a order number to track but nothing has been shipped or have not been given any notification of dispatch
