Where is my PS5

I placed an add to plan order a few days ago and have not received any updates about delivery.  I have however had £10 upfront taken and confirmation of the additional £50 monthly on my Direct Debit. How do I get an update on delivery?

@Smiffy29  you be notified when the device is on it way to you but have you checked your spam folder to make sure nothing is gone in there ?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in contact with tracking information for the delivery.

 

You can download the DPD app and this will show any deliveries for your address 🙂

i'm the same - money taken but nothing else - no email, no confirmation of order, nothing - and you can't speak to anyone as the menu system is the most confusing in history
