What is happening with my order?

Hi. I would like to know what is happening with my order from December 1, 2020. My contract ends in a few days.

@Lukasz1963  This is a public forum customer services so you shouldn’t put your XKO number on here.    

your contract will only reach its minimum term at such time it will change to a 30 day rolling contract.  You could start your new contract at this time but you’ll need to speak with customer services about that.
