Just ordered a pay as you go sim & phone for a child. Received an email saying your order is almost complete but we need more information to complete the order. I need to call with the xko ready. What does xko stand for? I've been on hold for over 30 mins - is this junk mail as I really can't be bothered to hold on the line much longer so hoping it will just go away...
